42 Preamble /Articles 7B (contd.) 1972 4th Amendment In article 42, for clause (2) the following shall be substituted, namely:-“(2) A law made under clause (1) shall provide for the acquisition, nationalisation or requisition with compensation and shall either fix the amount of compensation or specify the principles on which, and the manner in which, the compensation is to be assessed and paid; but no such law shall be called in question in any court on the ground that any provision 5th Amendment 7th Amendment 103 8th Amendment 13th Amendment 14th Amendment of Part XI shall not be amendable by way of insertion, modification, substitution, repeal or by any other means.
