Inglis _______________________________________________________ Introduction [1] Mr. Kieran Szuchewycz [Applicant] contests the constitutionality of three sections of the Canada Elections Act, SC 2000, c 9 [Act], namely: sections 66(1) (e), (f), & (g) and 67(2) [Signature Requirement Provision]; 67(1), (3)(a), (b), & (c) [Witness Requirement Provision]; and 67(4)(a) [Deposit Requirement Provision], which specifically impose requirements upon candidates prior to being included on a ballot.
