MAY BAN: During preparatory and final session Only during the PEC session in case of unlawful interference its processes; Only by a decision supported by two-thirds of the number of PEC members present at the commission session. MAY NOT BAN during the voting process (from 08:00 to 20:00) The PEC may decide to deprive a person of the right to attend a session only if that person is unlawfully interfering with the session. The Commission is obligated to explain the rationale when making the decision. The PEC determination is made in the form of a written resolution. 14
