ELECTIONS OF MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE, 2019 Officials are persons who permanently or temporarily perform functions of government or are local selfgovernment representatives and hold permanent or interim positions in enterprises, institutions and organizations that involve managerial or administrative or economic duties; or who perform such duties under special authorization (part 3 of Article 18 of the Criminal Code). Organizational and managerial responsibilities are responsibilities associated with being the head or deputy head of an individual enterprise, institution, organization; or serving as a shift manager or head of a workshop enterprise in a separate department or section. Administrative and economic responsibilities are associated with management or disposal of property of any form of ownership. The authority to perform such duties may be vested with heads of economic and financial departments and warehouses. Officials should include both government officials and heads or deputy heads of state, municipal or private enterprises, institutions and organizations, whose instructions may influence the commission or its individual members. 41
