ELECTIONS OF MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE, 2019 The PEC drafts the vote counting minutes at the polling station at its meeting (part 1 of Article 91 of the Law). If, after signing the PEC counting report, the PEC finds inaccuracies, such as misprints or errors in numbers, the PEC shall consider amending it at a PEC meeting by drafting new minutes marked “Corrected”. If an error is found at the DEC, PEC members return to the PEC to draft updated minutes. Drafting or signing vote counting minutes by PEC members at a meeting not conducted by the election commission contains elements of a crime (part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code). 57
