We do disapprove from the final judgment the statement: "I
do not have jurisdiction to set aside this election." The trial
court clearly had jurisdiction to consider and decide the issue presented by appellant's complaint in this election contest pursuant to sections 102.166(11) and 102.168, Florida
Statutes (1995). Thus, the correct statement is that the trial
court found no factual basis for requiring that the election be
set aside. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court's decision.
It is so ordered.
