No more than one observer from a candidate, political party running for elections or civil society organization; PEC members; DEC and PEC members; No more than 2 persons from each media organization; MP candidates, their authorized agents (one from each candidate); Official observers from foreign countries and international organizations. Authorized political party agents (one from each party); The Law of Ukraine “On Elections of Members of Parliament of Ukraine” establishes an exhaustive list of process subjects who have the right to be present at the preparatory and final meetings of PECs on election day and in the polling station (see diagram).
