BALLOT ISSUANCE The commission members issue ballots working in pairs: one works with the voter list, the other detaches the control slips and issues two ballots to the voter – for the candidate list and the party list. Citizens who changed their place of voting receive only the political party list ballot; Commission members check documents authorizing receipt of ballots in Ukraine: Passport of a citizen of Ukraine; Temporary ID card of the citizen of Ukraine; Military ID card. 29
