The application concerns the annulment, by a decision adopted on 6 December 2024 by the Constitutional Court of Romania, of the electoral process concerning the presidential elections in Romania. The applicant invokes Articles 6, 10, 11 and 13 of the Convention and Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention. A. Background of the case 2.
