AND ESTABLISHES unanimously that: 8. This judgment constitutes per se a form of reparation. 9. The State must make the publications indicated in paragraph 254 of this Judgment, within six months of its notification. 10. The State must compensate the eight victims for the impossibility of returning to their functions as members of the Constitutional Tribunal, by paying the amounts established in paragraph 264 of this Judgment, within six months at the most of notification of the Judgment. 11. The State must pay the amounts established in paragraphs 288, 296 and 305 of this Judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and to reimburse costs and expenses, in the terms of paragraph 319 of this Judgment. 12. The State, within one year of notification of this Judgment, must provide the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it. 13. In exercise of its attributes and pursuant to its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, the Court will monitor complete compliance with this Judgment and will consider this case concluded when the State has complied fully with its provisions.
